Booking Procedure

1. Book a workspace. Workspaces are booked by day. If you need to use a workspace for multiple days, please select each day.
2. Once you submit your booking, it may be subject to moderation or may be automatically be approved. However, please note that all bookings are subject to cancellation (in whole or in part) at the discretion of the moderator. The moderation process accounts for safety issues such as concurrent work.

Space Booking Conditions

All participants are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times while engaged in laboratory activities. This includes Personal Protective Equipment and control equipment as indicated in the Hazard Assessment for the lab they are entering or the work they are undertaking.

• Only authorized users can book the spaces listed below
• Bookings can happen up to 6 months in advance
• Only the person that made the booking will be admitted to the space

The Civil Engineering high bay is located on the basement level of CCIT, with one section extending down to the sub-basement level. Please use the following floor plan to understand the bookable workspace areas (delineated in green).
