Mindfulness Moments

Take a pause in your day to breathe, reset, and recharge. Join us for weekly 20 minute guided mindfulness video sessions designed to support your well-being. These self-led sessions will be watched together in the Bill Rosehart Wellness Room (ENA 06) - a quiet, low-lit space set up to be sensory-friendly, with bean bag chairs, yoga mats, pillows, and blankets for your use to help you feel comfortable and at ease.

Each session features videos on calming meditations and simple mindfulness exercises that support stress management, ease exam anxiety, and help build everyday wellness habits. Topics may include breathing techniques, grounding practices, and elements from Pause Breathe Smile.

This event is free of charge and is open to all UCalgary students, faculty and staff, please feel free to register and take a mindful moment for yourself.
