The Schulich School of Engineering welcomes you to our upcoming community event: Everyone Deserves a Voice. Please find the event details below:

• Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
• Time: 5 to 7 p.m. MT (program starts at 5:30 p.m.) 
• Location: ENG 207 (view campus map) 
• Parking: Lots 63 and 12, a parking code will be provided (view parking map)
• Note: Dinner will be provided 

This event is hosted in collaboration with the ETHEREAL Research Group at the University of Calgary, which is pioneering research in support of nonspeaking autistic individuals. Their work focuses on empowering communication through innovative assistive technologies.

Evening highlights include:

• Research Showcase: Learn about the ETHEREAL Research Group’s groundbreaking work supporting nonspeaking autistic individuals and their families.
• Testimonials: Hear personal and unique stories firsthand from community partners and program participants.
• Interactive Demo Zones: Hands-on experiences for guests in AR/VR booths.
• Meet, Greet & Eat: Connect with community members in support of this important cause while enjoying food and refreshments.

Join us to raise awareness, drive support, and foster meaningful community connections for the groundbreaking research supporting nonspeaking autistic individuals.
